Beautifully Insightful - 5 star review!
It's no surprise that KC Lynn delivered another 5 star book! She had me jerked from reality directly into the pages within minutes. I stepped out of my world and into theirs . Emily does see the world differently than everyone else. She feels deeply. Emily was constantly put down and ridiculed by her parents (I really wanted to choke them). They are dirty and bleed money. Emily doesn't care about any of it. She follows her heart. Against her parents wishes, she went to public school to finish her last year, not worrying about the obstacles in front of her. She doesn't believe in labeling people based on their home or who their parents are. Emily is done being forced to live within a facade of a family that tries to portray a sense of normalcy that simply does not exist. That girl is sweet yet fierce.
